I was in the middle of doing laundry when the fuse from my dryer blew out. The dryer plug was black and needed to be replaced. Service Pro Larry Z. from Tim Ferguson Plumbing and Electric drove from Scotts Hill to my house in Jackson to replace my plug so that I did not have to spend a night without a dryer. called on Monday morning after 2 days without air. repairman came around noon. found problem in short order. Repaired problem and cleaned both units (downstairs and upstairs). I had air conditioning by 2:00 pm.
