Brought some scrap gold and silver to sell for mothersgraveside plaque.person behind glass took items ,put items on scale.when asked weight attendant started conversation with customer behind me ..when I again asked about my items I was ignored .when asked what worth was based on told.oh I don't know.pennyweight..I was at that point upset.I n all honesty I should have gathered my items and left..Given a check for a scant amount no receipt..I feel violated , sad and am angry with the whole process..Remember if someone is shaking like a crack head behind the glass enclosure, doesn't show you respect and can't answer your questions and rushes you to the point of distraction..Walk away ..walk away you are being cheated..also Cuz.kings obviously pays more for silver than gold..worst experience
