Can't say enough wonderful things about this home owned store. For 25 years now they've serviced every kitchen appliance we've gotten from them and are friendly and courteous. Really grateful to have this level of personalized service still available in the era of big box takeovers

They will rip you off. They wanted to charge me $270 for parts for my refrigerator that they can buy wholesale. I found all the parts online for a total of $157. Then they wanted $160 for labor. The labor charge didn't bother me so much but putting a huge mark up on parts did. Then they still want to charge a large service charge just to come out and quote you a ridiculous price. I will never call them again.

they came out and easyly fix my washer in no time , he was fast nice and on time. You can't get a better quality job done better any were else. what would i rate them 5 stars all around.
