DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JIMMY BRITTAIN! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They promise you they will do something and they don't follow through. I was scheduled to have my tank pumped on a specific date. I sat home all day and they never showed up. When I called them, they were very rude to me and said they were behind on things and "we don't know when we can get there." So why did they put me on their schedule for a certain date if they knew they couldn't be here and whey didn't they call and tell me they weren't coming? When I expressed my dissatisfaction with their poor customer communication, the man I spoke to told me never to call back and hung up on me. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
