Went in today for one of those cramp busters for my throttle, oil and filter, and check out what it's gonna cost me to get valves checked. Stood behind two gentlemen talking to the parts guy for several minutes (Not sure how long), got bored and began to look at the beautiful goldwing they have on display. A gentlemen came out of the back and said hello(thank you for that), but continued about his day with another customer. I got bored with the gold wing, and stood behind the white haired gentlemen carrying a gun on\in his hip. I mention the weapon only so you'll know who I speak of. I got bored with that and thought, "maybe if I move and stand behind the other guy, twinkle toes will get the picture, 'i need help" nope! I'd bet 20 bucks and my right nut to say it wouldn't surprise the management at all when i say that those 3 gentlemen treat the parts counter like it's a sports bar, talking all manor of subjects. What they like, what they dislike. Who they're racing with and where. But one thing they didn't do was pay me any attention at all. Even after I've been making repeated eye contact with the parts guy, and standing incredibly awkwardly behind the 2 gentlemen he was lovingly whispering sweet nothing's to. In defense of the shop, the bearded gentlemen that initially said hello to me, tried to save me as a customer when I told him I was leaving to go to the Harley dealership, and then to orielys. He followed me outside and apologised, but come on man.. get somebody who actually wants to work on that parts counter. Sorry guys, y'all dropped the ball big time. I won't be back as this isn't the first time I've walked out feeling less than satisfied.

If you bought one of these at Abernathy's in Union City and it is over 3 months old better take it to Bob's House of Honda for stator cable inspection and repair. I bought 2 at Abernathy and both failed due to incorrect installation of this cable. Abernathy cut the breather tube down to try an repair one. They obviously need help from Bob's.
