Went to best one tire in Jackson... Been here for close to 4hrs...waiting on two tires & a wheel alignment... This place SUCKS!!!!!!!!

I have done business with Best One Tire Co. for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I went there this time to get my tires rotated and find out about when I would need to buy a new set. They were very busy, as always, but took care of my car and let me know about when I would need new tires. I was surprised how quickly I was taken care of. The front guys were very courteous and respectful. If you want good service and not pay an arm and leg for what you need done, I recommend Best One Tire Co.

Terrible first-hand experience. These guys cannot balance tires worth a flip. Go to Firestone, go to Sears, go anywhere but Best One unless you want to be ripped off. They will do work on your vehicle and not inform you prior to completing the work and charging you for it. They put brake pads on my truck on the wrong sides, which ruined the pads, then replaced them and charged me for new at my next trip to their shop for "complementary rotation". Rip off artists if I've ever seen them.
