2 weeks ago I hired them to move, primarily, expensive leather couches to my 2nd floor apt.
They sent a man in his 60s & young man that spoke to himself. Needless to say, they crammed my couches thru the door, causing needless damages.
Spoke to Amelia Morton, before this and was assumed that type of negligence wouldn't happen. It did. I contacted her before the moving was complete about my disappointment and she assured me again that she'd make it right and have then fixed.
I've done to her twice since then and continue to get excuses about the length of time to find an upholstery..
I am disappointed, again, because this is the second time using local movers and they have damaged or destroyed my belongings.
