I had to get my tooth pulled out, dr Jeffrey and his staff were some of the kindest people you can find in a DR office. Thank you guys so much!

BILLING PRACTICE IS QUESTIONABLE. had no problem with the service that my son received back in August 2014; however, the billing practice has problems. I provided the staff with information for two insurance coverage, they insisted that they calculated that I would owe $317.00. Although I didn't agree, I paid that amount at the time of service. In November I received a bill for an additional amount. The office only used my first insurance, when I asked why the bill wasn't sent to the second, they asked me if I wanted them to submit to the second insurance. So now they submit to the second insurance, and I don't hear anything from them. I call, in January, and they said they received the money from the second insurance company and everything is fine. I said, there is a refund owed to me. Discussed issue with manager. Received call back, and was told yes I was owed the refund, but I have to wait till mid February for a check to be processed because this is there practice. So now I wait. Today, February 25, 2015 I called and a refund is still not made.

Reason: doctor has not answered his email.

I am really mad about having to wait this long for my refund, but if I didn't follow up with this, this office would never have sent me a check for the over payment. I cant be the only client with this problem...

I give this office very poor rating, would not recommend them either. this site wants a least a star, so that is why you will see one.
