Our system of teaching martial arts is the state of the art teaching method for modern times. Each class is build around dynamic energy and a accelerated training style that is Fun, Exciting, Empowering, and Educational from as young as 4 years old to 50+ years young.   Our foundational martial art is  the Korean art of Taekwondo, and  our system blends Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, MMA, Filipino Stick Fighting, and practical situational self defense.  The style is taught through a series of subjects at each rank, and each rank includes knowledge and techniques from all of the arts we have blended. We teach a well-rounded, disciplined and very practical system of martial arts.  We focus on all aspects of the students life, we hold our students accountable for their performance in class, at home, and at school - because that is Black Belt Mastery.We are not a commercialized MMA school.
