I need health care like anyone else but cant afford it right now.I have no insurance.cant get medicare or Medicaid.These people were so kind to me.I got such good treatment.Dr. Deloatch was so efficient.I also needed further care and he gave me the info of where to go.I am so thankful that there are still facilities like this.They even made sure I got a flu shot and suggested I come back for needed follow up care.I hate to say but I got better treatment than I ever got at a regular doctors office.I was treated with respect as we all should be and It was not based on if I had insurance.They are truly concerned of giving quality health care.

I received a phone call from this business that was very rude and aaccusatory. This female accused me of calling their business and they were calling back. I assured the lady that I did not call but she being the ultimate rude unprofessional authority on life would not hear of it. This is an example of the quality and caliber of this business. I would not allow this group to handle anything. I am offended and will communicate this behavior to anyone I can. The Managers of this business need to get a handle on employee behavior. Their future depends on it.

As a first time new patient I had a very bad traffic accident the night before my appointment. The next day I called in to let this office know about the accident on the interstate and the reason I was not able to keep my first appointment. They cancelled me out completely and refused to give another appointment -talking it was their (STUPID) policy. So anyone who thinks they REALLY CARE ABOUT _ GUESS AGAIN BECAUSE THEY DON"T CARE ABOUT PATIENTS otherwise common sense would tell them they are so WRONG! I rate this business 1 star and would encourage people to go elsewhere for their medical needs.
