The crew at Watkins did a tremendous job on my new roof. They repaired some damaged siding and the house looks brand new. Every detail was thought about right down to the color of the exhaust pipes, which I didn't even ask for. And they were really fast and clean. I would highly recommend Watkins for your roofing needs.

This is the most professional company we have ever hired! They answered all of our questions without hesitation, answered all of our calls and when they said they would be at our home at a certain time, they were there at that exact time. They put our roof on in one day and when they left, it was like they had never been there. They cleaned up everything. I have never seen anything like it! These people treat you like family. They made a potentially complex situation easy. since I live more than 250 miles from the site, all of the coordination had to be accomplished by E-mail and telephone; But that wasn't a problem. Even with temporary repairs their response was timely, efficient and effective. My on site representative had nothing but praise for the work crew and supervisors that accomplished the job and the resultant outcome. But most impressive was the price; it was fair, reasonable and below what I expected. You can check around all you wish, but these are the people you want to do your roof job. I was very pleased with the work Watkins did on my home prior to selling it. They worked with both the buyer and me to meet both of our needs. Michael is easy to reach and communicated well with me throughout the process. I'd highly recommend them.

My experience with Watkins was Fast, Reliable, Effective and Efficient. Watkins was able to stop by the day I called and repair a persistent leak that had been happening for a while. I had tried several other repair services to no avail. With a pending rain storm coming the next day I received a follow-up message after the rain began to make sure ther were n problems. Thank you for your prompt and effective service.

Our roof began leaking during the recent days and days of rain. Michael and his crew responded very quickly... they evaluated the problem that morning, and the roof was repaired the same day. Excellent service and quality work. Highly recommended!

Here is my story: Im telling you this so you can save time and just make one call!

I needed a new roof due to some storm damage. I really wasn't sure who to call or who to trust to do the job and do it right; and of course the most important thing paying out the wazoooo to get it done. So I started online with a roofer search and began the process of finding a roofer. My husband even joined the search so he grabbed a phone book. I found this website and read the reviews, ALL of them and thought "Wow!" ..pretty impressive, so I called to find out for myself if these reviews were True?.... ABSOLUTELY!

Michael came out with clip board in hand, colors and different styles of shingles, way better professionalism than I had seen in "other" estimates. He knew his stuff, his paperwork was in order, and he's a really nice guy on top of all of that! BUT HOLD ON... His prices were Very affordable and reasonable. This guy is the REAL deal! Not to mention that he got the job done all in one day and not a single nail was left on the ground when he finished. Super clean job! If I could give 10 stars I would but 5 is all I have. Watkins Construction is the only call you need to make! High-Five!

My roof repair was organized by Watkins under the State Farm Premier Service Program so after my claim was approved, all I had to do was choose materials and pay the deductible. The Watkins crew was polite, clean and efficient. Minor issues were resolved promptly and efficiently by Michael. I highly recommend Watkins Construction for any roofing needs, especially for those customers with State Farm- in addition, my roof now has a 5 year warranty!

What pleasure to find a dependable business. You work directly with the owner who is always available and works to earn your trust. This was a small, out-of-town job for my handicapped sister, but I believe Michael treated this job the same as any other. Keep up the good work, Michael.

All work was completed in a very detailed manner with a high-level of craftsmanship. I would definitely use Watkins again in the future.

You will never have a better experience with a roofing contractor. Michael was great with communication, training of his crew and all aspects of the job. I have never seen a group of guys work as hard as they did. They definitely take pride in their work and it shows. The cleanup was amazing!!! If your want a job done right, in a timely manner and at a fair price then call Michael at Watkins Construction. You wil not be disappointed. Fantastic job guys!

Highly recommended!!! I've been in the construction business over 30 years and without a doubt would recommend Michael and his crew. They do what they say they will do in a timely and professional manner. They even call to follow-up after the job is complete....go figure! You don't find many companies much less construction companies with this kind of customer service.

We have all heard that "word of mouth" is the best advertising. Well here it is folks! Don't waste hours like I did looking for a reputible contractor. I have done all the work for you! They are licensed, bonded, and insured (I checked). They started before expected and finished before as well. The workers were great and you could tell they knew what they were doing. Had a pesky roof leak on and off for years. Had a new roof installed, and after about a year it leaked again. Installer came out, caulked, and it leaked again. I picked Watkins Construction out of the yellow pages! MICHAEL IS GREAT!!!! Very professional. Showed up when he was supposed to; gave me a reasonable quote, and got the job done when he said he would. Actually followed up with me after a rain to see if I had a problem. WOW. Thanks Michael

I met with Michael and a State Farm adjuster late on a Friday afternoon. By mid-afternoon the following Tuesday, my roof had been replaced. Michael and his crew arrived when they said they would, did the excellent job he promised, and cleaned the area such that I couldn't find anything nails or trash. I paid a little more than my deductible for the addition of ridge vents versus the replacement of my attic fan. Michael's quote to do such was given to me within an hour of our initial visit, and didn't change. I met with him as they arrived on Monday morning at 7:30, before I left the state. Michael was accessible to my wife and to me by text/voice and kept me informed of everything that happened as the job progressed. Here is hoping I don't need a roofing contractor for quite a while, but when I do, I will be calling Michael and Watkins Roofing/Construction.....and I promise next time, Michael, I won't throw away your sign. Sorry about that!

Micheal and his crew did an EXCELLENT job replacing my roof. They were professional, fast , clean, and answered all my questions. I would definately use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.
