Excellent customer service. When you call, an actual person is there to talk to you and they are so friendly. They are a Jackson based, Mississippi home grown company, which is fantastic. They are a company that appreciate their customers. Just excellent!!!!

No one likes to call for help and receive a recording or have to press one number after another. At TEC, you are connected directly to a very nice, very helpful customer care representative. If there is trouble with phone service, high-speed internet or television reception, a serviceman will be at your home within a few hours. Office managers and personel are always there when you need them. Everyone is soooooo helpful and understanding. It's a great place to do business.

In this day when most places you call are automated, requiring a lot of button pressing, and often times, a LONG wait; at TEC you actually get to talk to a live person!! TEC really has friendly, caring customer service respresentatives. They have always taken care of my requests.

A BUSINESS SMALL ENOUGH FOR CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVES TO ANSWER EACH CALL; AND, A BUSINESS LARGE ENOUGH TO OFFER THE LATEST IN TECHNOLOGY.

This is a great company to have phone service with.

During Katrina my electricity went out and stayed out for 6 weeks but I never lost phone service.

WHEN I HAVE A PROBLEM, WHETHER IT IS WITH MY TELEPHONE, INTERNET OR VIDEO, I GET TO TALK TO A REAL PERSON ,THEY HAVE VERY FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES, AND ARE ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL. I REALLY APPRECIATE HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I hardly ever have a problem with my internet, but when I do it don't take nothing but a phone call to get it fixed!... If I have a problem at my house there is a technician there that day to fix it!.... Awesome customer service...
