I like Red Lobster but this place is horrible, had to wait an hour and the service was pathetic. We had a party of 10 and half got there food and were done eating before the others got their food. The bad thing is, this isn't the first time this has happened!!

Red Lobster is supposed to be a very nice seafood restaurant. However, they werent so "5 star" or ever "3 star" to us. First off, they were out of most drinks at OPENING time. Second, the waitress took her sweet time seeing to us. Fianlly, the food was dry, cold, and tasteless. We wrote them to share our bad experinence with them and in return they sent the whole party, which was a very large one, a measly $20 gift card. Not even enough to buy an appetizer. The only thing this place does right is their biscuits.
