I had a bug in my desktop that had completely shut everything down. We now believe it was due to an automatic update download that caused a conflict. Bottom line the computer would not even boot up it just went into a boot loop. I saw Kyle's service advertised on Craigslist and gave him a call. Kyle came to my home ran a few test and ended up having to reload windows. He was able to save all my information and in a couple of hours I was up and running better than ever. I recommend Kyle to anyone with computer issues. He us a very professional, courteous and knowledgeable young man. His prices are also very reasonable. He earned all my future business.
