Its a good place to reside. Any problems they take care of it no hassle at all. I have live there for about three years now and I enjoy my stay. I recommend Belhave Residential.����

The short time that I've lived there, that have always been very helpful and very friend, and if I had a problem with anything; they've always fixed with without hesitation. This is one of the best places that I've rented since I've lived in Jackson.

Belhaven Resudential has such nice, friendly, & helpful staff. There has never been a time where I had an issue & it was not resolved. I renewed my lease due to the neighborhood being quiet & conveniently located near gas stations, & different eateries. If you're just getting on your feet & looking for somewhere safe & affordable, I would definitely recommend the properties of Belhaven Residential.

There have been issues with my rental but Belhaven Residential have always been helpful, respectful and quick to fix any problems that my family may have. I continue to stay because of the location and the affordable of the rent.

I'm going on my second year here at Belhaven Residential and love the space of my living area. The management staff has been wonderful when it comes to taking care of my needs and the area is Quite just what I wanted. Would recommend to others.

i have been living here for the ,past two years , this is my third time in the past 26 yrs , the staff is wonderful and i really enjoy the quiet. I still enjoy living here 2017.

I've been in the belhaven area since 2013.I have thoroughly enjoyed this quiet, peaceful community.It's in downtown Jackson and there are quite a few stores that are walking distance.The belhaven residential staff are also very professional.The maintenance crew work hard as well

Belhaven Gardens are the best, quiet, secure neighborhood and has the best manager in world (James Burwell). If you want a nice place to stay with access to everything than make your stay with Belhaven Gardens and you want regret it!!

Great neighborhood,close to interstate,and very quiet.The only negative side is that maintenance has to be faster when problems arise.

I have been renting from Belhaven Residential for 5 years now! I love it!! The staff is very professional and friendly! They also responses to any issue I may have in a timely manner, considering the many properties they manage! I have been living here for more than a year. It's very quite and peaceful place. It's a gated community which made it safer place to live. It has a big parking place. Every place is well lighted. The new management is very good and helpful. It's in the downtown and very close to I-55. I'd recommend this place to my friends.

I have been a resident with these apartments for a 7 months. I love how peaceful, quiet and close to the interstate it is. I tried to find a great place to be closer to my job. Rent is affordable, neighbors ate friendly and the staff tries to accommodate to every residents needs. With this being my first apartment I feel I made the best choice.

I have lived at the Belhaven Springs apartments owned by the Belhaven Residential parent company for approximately 3 years. I have found the managing staff to be pleasant and the maintenance staff to be prompt. I enjoy the safety of the apartment complex provided by a steady coming and going of police traffic and by the code entry gate surrounding the complex. The proximity to grocery store and dining as well as the pub make this apartment an ideal location for tenants that like to enjoy the nightlife Jackson has to offer.

This is a nice, affordable, quiet, and peaceful place to live. The management has been very nice to me. I have only been there for a year but it feels like home. Would recommend these apartments for anyone who wants top quality for their money.

I love living in the Belhaven area, specifically with Belhaven Residential because they have many different houses, complexes, etc to choose from at very good prices! Also, there are various amenities that are a plus like door-side trash pickup, laundry rooms onsite and CLOSE to all apartments (at least in the complex I stay in!) and security gates to make you feel secure. I've been with Belhaven Residential for a little over 4 years and I have to say you won't find better quality apartments for a cheaper price in the Jackson area!

I've lived in Belhaven Springs for over a year and I will say that I've enjoyed my experience here! Belhaven Residential is a quiet community and the staff is very helpful, warm, and welcoming! I would certainly recommend anyone to live here.

I been living in belhaven spring for a year i love it, Its a quite neighbor hood, the people @ the office is very nice .... if u need them to fix anything the will fix it fast.... i sign my lease for another year..... i recommend two people since i been here a year.......
