Mike was very courteous and professional and repaired the windshield crack the same day! He worked directly with my insurance company; I paid nothing out of pocket. He was one of the places my insurance company (Auto Owners) recommended. He came to my workplace, finished repaiiring the quarter-sized starburst crack in about 20 minutes, and when I came back outside to look at it, I could barely tell where it was! There was a very small pinpoint spot left. Some pointers: he said it's better to repair cracks when they are freshest (mine was the same day it chipped), and he warrranties his work. Just call him back; he'll come out to fix it again. He stated he has been in this business for 40 years. I also liked that he said he hated to see people call the bigger companies to repair windshields, because they just replace the glass (makes them more $$) and then the old windshield is just landfilled since it's too hard to separate the inner plastic layer from the glass layers. Highly recommend!!
