Every time that I go to the appliance company; everyone there are so friendly. They always have what you need; and if the don't the owner is more than happy to order it for you. The prices are reasonable and you can afford to buy whatever you need there. WHAT A AMAZING STORE !

These are the best people with whom I have dealt. Exremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone!!!

Service man called me before he came out and told me it would be cheaper to buy a new washer then for him to come out and fix the one I had. I appreciate the help and it save me money.

I called Jackson Appliance Service to fix our gas dryer..a polite gentleman showed up with a smile...I took him down to the dryer..and well... He had it fixed in less than 5 minutes...and I was happily surprised by how little they charged me! Very happy customer here! I HIGHLY recommend them...and I even gave the guy a small tip! Now that's service.... :)

Jackson Appliance has been a 1 stop shop for all my appliance parts and needs for many years. Wonderful people to do business with. I wouldn't go any other place and would be lost without them.

Always provides great service and technical advice. I appreciate how much money they have saved me over the years.

Big sigh of relief!!! Jackson Appliance sent Randy to repair my 6 year old refrigerator that wasn't cooling properly. Randy was timely, professional, and immediately solved the problem. Food had blocked the sensor, because I didn't know where the sensor was located! Randy took time to educate me on the sensor, how to rearrange the shelves for better cooling, and what the temperature ranges should be for the freezer and refrigerator sections. The only charge was for the "trip charge", which was about 1/3 of what I expected it to be. This was my second experience with Jackson Appliance. Both times the charges were very fair and my appliances were back at work right away. I highly recommend Jackson County Appliance!

The people are very friendly and helpful. They found the part I needed and showed me how to install it on a washing machine that was in the showroom.

Found out the newer washing machines come apart differently than I thought. I could have broken my machine without his help. I highly recommend this store!

I have an older Whirlpool refrigerator that several months ago started leaking quite a bit of water on the floor. I couldn't figure it out so I called out Sears service to look at it. After telling me it was the drain tray and charging me $129 they left and it was fine for about a week and then began leaking again. I thought I'd have better luck trying a different company so I gave Jackson Appliance a call. The repair technician showed up in less than 2 hours and stated that the drain tray had nothing to do with my problem and that trouble was with a slow evaporator fan. He replaced my evaporator fan and the problem has been gone for over 3 months now.

The service guy was friendly, knowledgeable and best of all actually knew what he was doing and fixed the issue. I won't hesitate to call them again if anything else breaks. Good job guys.

I was having problems with my GE refrigerator getting too warm and the freezer was still working fine, GE told me to defrost the unit overnight, this fixed the problem for a short time but it continued to return. GE suggested that I defrost again. I called Jackson Appliance with the problem and they had a guy out shortly. He had the part on hand and fixed it quickly. It has worked great every since! The service guy was exceptional and very respectful!

Have never dealt with such rude people in my life. I had to talk to Gary twice. Both times he was rude, unprofessional and sarcastic. When I explained the problem he said "Basically, I don't want to do this job. I have never heard of the problem and won't be able to make you happy by fixing it." I was speechless! Seriously? you don't feel like doing work? I will do my best to make sure every person I come in contact with knows not to call this company ever...for anything.

This company is so unprofessional. I call set an appointment and they sent the guys away I don't know if they are racist or not but I called back ask why was I denied he told me to go else where he never answered the question.he hung up on my sister and I twice. This is ridiculous. O. Top of that I was told I could be charged 200-300 dollars to fix and old washer. Are you serious that the cost of a new washer. I only went to this company because it was highly referred but I will not be passing this company To anyone... They should be reported. I am very disappointed

I had to make a new email to do this, but it is worth it. The guy who came out did the job in less than an hour and it was easy peasy. The price was right! And my washer belt is fixed and I'm all good.

I talked to Julie the receptionist and she was awesome. She worked with me on my appointment and even pushed me up because of my dishwasher wasn't draining propperly.



The guy showed up and was very helpful giving me suggestions and ultimately did a full clean out. He was there only about an hour and I am sooooo happppy.



My dishwaher is draining perfectly now and somehow my hoses were screwed up. I don't know but I do know if I have another issue with any of my appliances these are the guys to call.

What kind of a business gives up? You would think you'd want to solve the problem and LEARN from it!



Yes, I was offered my $49 service call back. That is IF I got Sears to come out. Imagine that! Jackson Appliance Service sending me to a COMPETITOR!



Jackson Appliance Service threw in the towel. Gary was somewhat terse and treated me as a bother.



This is why people are no longer fooling with repair services. It's a throw away society. I debated just getting a new dryer and tossing this one before calling these folks.



Forget you Gary! We'll let this dryer die and then just get a new one. (I HATE dealing with Jackson! Just about every business seems to be "New York rude!")

My dryer broke down and I was told by my parents to call jackson appliance, so I did. I called and explained what was going on and was told they would call me back. Well they never did so I called them. The parts manager got on and was so rude. He said he didn't call back because his head fixer said he had never heard of such a thing. When I asked if they would at least come and look he proceeded to tell me it wasn't his problem and hung up. I will never call them again and I recommend you do the same.
