Our family has been to Hugo's many,many times. We have always had excellent service, delicious food . To the "customer" that complained , you should have asked for the manager and voiced your concerns not publish such a terrible unfair review. I know you have every right to do it but I know Mr. & Mrs. Gamez would have made sure your complaints would have been brought to the attention of the cooks and staff. I know they would rather you brought it to their attention so they could make things right then to post such an unfair review. Have you even compared other luncheon prices with theirs? You never mentioned the $6.99 luncheon was all you can eat. It hard enough in this economy to have a Mom and Pop business be successful so please next time be more considerate. Oh, that's right there won't be a next time.

I am not one to write reviews, but I wanted to after reading about what the other guy on here wrote. Hugo's is one of the best restaurants in Jackson. They take pride in their service and their food. I have commented many times to my friends on the freshness of their food and how outstanding their flavors are. They have rolls that are to die for and their prices are very fair for their portions and the quality that you get. My husband and I love Hugo's and I hope they stay in Jackson fo many years to come.

I was in the restaurant yesterday and they were very busy and I can see why... the food was amazing and the servers were very accommodating. They have TV's in all of their booths and a really fun trivia game that you can play for free while you wait. I can't wait to take my family there again.
