I have been a client since August of 2000, and they have treated every animal we have and had. Which is a considerable number! I will only trust my babies to them, because their professional and love my babies as much as I do! Smith, Teresa M.

We moved to Pleasant Lake in December of 2010. Since that time, I’ve gone to four vets trying to find a good fit for me and my dogs. The fourth time was the charm with the Brooklyn Road Vet Clinic. Their entire staff is friendly and efficient; the vet genuinely cares about your pet and takes time to discuss any questions or concerns. They are also fair in their pricing.



Two of the vets I first went to did not keep computerized records which I found amazing in this day and age. One vet kept such poor records that on a third visit they had no record of me ever being there! Luckily the vet himself recognized me as a previous client! Another clinic I went to seemed unclean with rusty kennels for dogs and dusty waiting and exam rooms. I didn’t want my new puppy getting her spay surgery in those conditions! Another vet I went to was very nice but his entire staff completely ignored me on my first (and only) visit. After waiting about 10 minutes one of them asked if I had been helped. When I responded, “No” she still didn’t ask me anything just continued to ignore me and chat with her co-workers.



I want to be reminded when my pet is due for vaccinations, treated in a friendly and courteous way, and MOST importantly feel my pet is treated with love and tender care. I have finally found all of this with the Brooklyn Road Vet Clinic!
