They sent a service man and was at our house for less than 10 minutes. Wanted to charge $230. It took a few hours but they said they used the wrong hourly rate. Are you kidding! They are not very good.

I wanted to have piece of mind knowing my furnace would get us through just one more winter. So I hired these jokers to come out in October and do a tune up/cleaning on my oil burner. When the service guy left he said we were go to go! A week later we had black smoke pouring out of our chimney. I called Aire Flo because obviously something was wrong. I very rude girl answered the phone and told me we didn't even want to service your furnace but because it was purchased from us we said we would. I spoke with the owner and he said our chimney needed to be cleaned. We cleaned our chimney but it didn't stop the black smoke. 17 days ago the furnace stopped working altogether. Not being able to trust the competence of aire flo, I hired another service guy come out to help with our situation he said you must have paid that guy from aire flo $130.00 to sit in you basement and do nothing for an hour, because if would have done what you paid him to do he would have CLEARLY seen the signs your furnace was in serious trouble. So its now 10 days before Christmas and I am scrambling to get heat to keep my family warm. Thanks aire flo for nothing! MERRY CHRISTMAS!

I recently had an insurance claim involving my furnace and called aire-flo for an estimate. while i was waiting on my ins. adjuster to inspect all my electrical problems and write the check so i could have them fix it, they sent me a bill for the estimate. My ins. Company took forever to pay me so aire-flo filed a small claim and damaged my credit. Needless to say, i had aspen heating replace my furnace. Stay away from this place! They will screw ya!
