Called Addison due to the post for our awning on the deck coming out, a technician came out and examined the problem and took pictures saying he needed to talk with Travis and they would get back to me. It has now been a month, two voice mail messages, no no response from Addison. Disappointment and frustration - Addison - poor customer service.
