where you are coming from, but my only problem with everything you had to say was....Why is it that it all comes down to race? What does that have to do with your experiance there. I understand that you weren't happy with the store or the Manager in charge, but you have other options like callling the board of business. Or just taking it to some one higher than the Manager( Like the store owners). YOU AS THE CUSTOMER HAVE THAT RIGHT TO SPEAK TO THE OWNERS. I just don't understand why....Everyone feels that mentioning the other persons race is so important. THAT'S ALL I REALLY HAVE TO SAY. No disrespect intended on anyone's part.

This is the worst store i ever been in. Their customer service is very very bad that i cant explain. Employees in this store consider customers to know about all their policies before even you enter or know about the store very well. Management insults customer on the face if you ask them about store policies. However, they don't provide any information about return/refund/ exchage policies in the purchasing receipt. they don't provide any phone number or contact info in the receipt and if you ask them to exchange something they consider customers to call the store, how? it was my 2nd time being in this store and my last. And i will suggest others not to purchase anything from their bec once you something from incase you changed your mind or the clothes you purchase that don't fit you child. there is no way you can have exchange or refund on them. it will be waste. for simple return employyes and management scream at you and discriminate you. employees only understands each other but not customers because of their very low english speaking ability and same ethenic background. I had it and had a bad experiance there. I almost filled into tears to be out of that store with the management's mean behavior.
