I visited the JoAnn store in Jackson, after looking on-line at my choices of outdoor furniture material, in person it was even prettier than on-line. When I went into the store the staff was outstanding, the selection was better than what I looked at online. I was treated with such exceptional service, helpful and courteous, that searched out this site to recommend them.

I like this store. It has saved me from running all over the place to find what I need. Everyone seems friendly and willing to help. I will continue to shop there.

Worst service ever, completely rude, and if you call before hand to see if you can return crappy items without a receipt the answer is a no. Don't drive 35 min for a stupid merchant card. I was lied to about getting cash back

Store is too small, much smaller than even there trip mall stores. Can't find what you need, so you have to drive 45 mins. to the nearest large town to get crafting supplies. Hope they make it, but I can't support it if I can't find what I need.
