Stay far away! One should never leave a sap with more stress than when they walked in. I made an appointment for a massage two days in advance. They gave me a time and the name of the massage therapist. When I walked in the person checked her schedule and showed me to the showers/steam room. I got ready and came out and she said “There is a problem…you had a 50 minute massage for noon.” I replied “It was an 80 minute massage but if there has been a mistake I will take the 50 minutes.” She then called her manager “Tina” and said “You need to come down here.” “Tina raced down the stairs and said “I am sorry, we don’t have you scheduled at all but if you want to wait or come back we will reschedule you.” I replied “I have scheduled things after the massage and cannot wait.” Tina said “I am sorry” and raced back to wherever she came from. That was it. The management at this place is well known to be, at best, poor. It appears to be getting worse.
