If you are looking to invest money think again before giving it to these guys. If you support small business do not support this company. This company has an attorney employed there by the name of Kurt Anderson. Mr. Anderson is what is called a "patent troll" ( see more here: http://www.popularmechan…)

This is a growing problem in America with these "patent trolls" purchasing old unusable patents just to try to sue hard working Americans. Most of these "patent trolls" go after big business but some go after small business as the cost to defend one of these cases is upwards of $1 million. They offer to settle and then move on to the next one. They have nothing to lose as they are protected by forming a Limited Liability Company and hire attorneys that don't get paid unless they win. It is a no lose situation and a shameless way to go about life. It is plain stealing.

Corbett Duncan & Hubly PC were notified of the activities of their employee attacking a local small business and responded they would look into the situation. Mr. Bernie Lietz COO responded via FB that he would look into the situation but then stopped responding instead choosing to ignore the situation. This is not the actions of a company that supports small business.

If you own a small business or support small businesses go find another firm. There are plenty of firms out there that are honest and ethical that would not support this type of activity from their employees. Shame on Corbett Duncan & Hubly for supporting and employing a person that would knowingly steal from hard working Americans.
