Provided by YP.comAwful. Such a disrespectful person, Carl is. He is constantly showing up with out announcing himself. Starting construction early in the morning on an attached unit to our rental without any warning (we have 2 small children.) Or tearing down trees in the backyard with a bobcat at 7am...I have honestly never dealt with sich a disrespectful landlord or person.
