Absolute perfection from start to finish!! Although "we met by accident", I'm so glad we met. They are professional, courteous, thorough, reasonable and knowledgeable. They strive for perfection and won't settle for less. They deserve 10 stars, not 5! I was kept updated and they delivered the car when promised. I have a 2016 Mercedes, I was hit in the back. Jimmy dealt with the insurance company, which was a relief for me!! The car looked as it did when I drove it out of the showroom. I expect a lot....and boy did they come through!!! Both Jimmy and Rudy were great!! In this world, it's so unusual to come across people that are so genuine and sincere and want to do their best. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! Maria
