My appointment was with Ronald Meyer. He was very professional, pleasant, and did a good job. My problem is with the female staff that assists you in selecting your glasses. Be warned now, they have a NO return for any type of credit for reading glasses and/or regular glasses. They DO NOT tell you this during your fitting. You find out once you have tried them and the glasses are not going to work for you. When my reading glasses came in, the staff adjusted them a few times but the glasses were still uneven. I tried them for a few days. On 7/16, I returned them and explained what the problem was. I was then told for the FIRST time that they have a "no return policy". How convenient for them!. I can't get any reading glasses for 2 years. I'm using the ones I bought at a local department store. They are not uneven looking at them at the top or at the cheeks. I also called UPHP and explained to them what happened. This company got paid and also have the glasses. I have zip!. This is not right. I told the staff that even Walmart takes back items without receipts. One just gets a credit. This is what I was looking for.
