Bad place!! Dirty!! I watched them and noticed that they were not sanitizing !! OMG Very RUDE People!! Stay Away!!

Didn't like this place my nails are not square some are longer then others I have nail polish over my cuticle my nails hurt never will go agin

This place is HORRIBLE!! I went in on a Sunday afternoon to get a mani/pedi and relax. The nail tech doing my feet cut off part of my big toe, then got rude when I said that I wanted someone else. They wanted to put SUPER GLUE on it to make the bleeding stop, it was so bad! Not to mention they didn't even clean or sanitize the utensils and files they were using with my blood all over it!



The lady that took her place was nice, but when giving me the sugar scrub on my legs, she was so rough, you'd think she was trying to take the first five layers off! It hurt like hell! Lastly, the gentleman (who is toothless) cut my cuticles on my hands, and I bled there, too. In the end, I refused to pay, so they called the police on us, and threw personal insults at my 13 year old son and I. This is by FAR the WORST place I have ever been in 20 years of getting my nails done, and the least relaxing and most painful experience I have ever had. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

If you want to be pampered then you need to try Zen Nail Spa.They really make you feel like something special. Im a fan and I wanted to tell my experience I had. Thanks Zen
