I live north of Plano, TX and drive about 40 minutes one-way to buy tires from Will. I have bought tires from him for about 10 years now for 6 vehicles and have had great service from the tires, which are usually anywhere from $25 to $100 per tire less expensive than buying them at a retail business. Over those years, I have had a few of these tires pick up nails and screws, and need to be repaired, which Will did for free. I haven't had any of the tires I bought from him appear defective in any way. He carries low priced discount-brand tires, name brand tires and good used tires. As far as I know, he doesn't offer nationwide road hazard or tread wear warranties, and I have had to buy a couple of tires over the years from dealers outside the Metroplex because of my grandson's midnight blowout coming home from Texas Tech and such where the tire was ruined but I believe Will's discount pricing with no explicit nationwide warranty far outweighs those unusual happenstances. Many years ago, even though I had purchased Sears tread wear and road hazard warranty and Sears lifetime alignment (where I had the same Collin Creek Plano, TX Sears Auto Center align my vehicle every 6 months), they wouldn't honor the warranty because they "blamed" the damaged tires on the alignment, which their shop adjusts. So even WITH the warranty, it may not make a difference due to the actual management/policies of the nationwide dealers. I highly recommend Will's Discount Tires.

i bought two tires and within a month one had a blowout, the owner Will had promised to replace if i had any issues and on my return said it was a road hazard even though the hole was not in the ridges but at the top of tire I was sold a defective tire and they would not honor warranty. I would suggest no one do business with this place
