OK, I've often told friends that if I were forced to eat only one type of food other than that on which I was raised, it would be Indian food. I really prefer dining at Indian restaurants to any other cuisine,

That said, my workplace is ideally situated to choose between numerous Indian restaurants and I've been to all of them. My favorite, for a couple of years now, has suddenly fallen into second place, with my having discovered Ultimate BBQ. The FOOD is so much more appealing, in every way - freshness, appearance and taste - all with an obvious attention to detail.

This level of quality requires both passion and effort to produce. I would be willing to eat at this establishment even if the atmosphere and service were less than ideal, but I can think of nothing negative to say in that regard, either. I've eaten there three times in the last two weeks, but really can't get enough of the Ultimate BBQ experience. :-)
