Friendly and they do a very nice job. Reasonably priced & I find them better than anyone close by. They do a Great job on work shirts and really everything. I tried some others close by and Tuscan is easily the best quality at the best price.

At one time I had to stop by 3 times to pickup my entire order since one item was put aside for a special treatment. On another occasion I came by at 10 minutes to 5PM (the order was promised by 5PM); the manager told the person at the front desk to tell me I should come back by 5PM; I waited outside and came back in at 5PM and the manager told me they had a large rush job and could not get my job on time. When I expressed disappointment that she did not tell me that at 4:50PM, she started blaming me for being inflexible.
