The Ac Guy came highly recommended , Came out gave us a detailed estimate on whole house upgrade Furnace and out side unit . Showed up on time and installed every thing in 1 day in the rain and temps dropping Extremely satisfied !!

Heater was not working correctly and did not work at all most of the time. Tim set a time and came out rather quickly. Diagnosed the problem ordered the part and we were warm again in no time. He went out of his way to treat us right and did a great job. He is friendly, fast, efficient and cares about his customers. Will be keeping him in my phone book for sure. S. Peters

Our AC wasn't working, Tim came to diagnose it and said it needed to be replaced or repaired. we spent 2500 to replace whole unit, which seemed pretty descent based on what i have found in google. He provided us with a window unit for the night while we were waiting for it to get fixed, which was very helpful since it was getting close to 95 degrees inside. Once AC was fixed , he told us that something called TXV wasn't metering refrigerant ( I'm completely ignorant on this subject) which is what caused our compressor to die. SO all in all i spent close to 3000. However i think that was a descent price for the job. He gave us 10 year warranty on the unit and a one year maintenance warranty for which he will be back in fall to check out.

Tim had to make a total of 4 trip to our home and work outside in this heat. He was very helpful .

Customer service was top notch and i feel like i got my money's worth.Tim was also timely and came to diagnose the same day, within hours which was impressive.

Very thorough and reasonable. He called & let me know exactly when he would be there rather than giving me a huge window like most other places. Instead of just blowing out the AC drain line which is what I had requested, he took extra steps to clean it.

I happened to get on yp yesterday morning, wondering who to call for my a/c problem. After looking and reading reviews, I took down three numbers. The Air Guy was my first call. It went to voice mail right away. I was about to call the next number when Tim called me back. He was in my area and came to my house within ten minutes. An hour later my air was on again!! Yay!! Tim is an Awesome guy, profiessional, polite and curteous. He knows the stuff. He found out the problem with my AC unit within 10 minutes. He fixed the issue in a short amount of time and charged me reasonable price and provided warranty for the service as well as parts he replaced. I would definitely recomment this guy.
