Very bad service...These people went foor to door selling there product, i bought it out of convenice,,while they were installing it they ripped my newly installed floors which they promised to fixed here two years later nothing.. Also i am having problems with my unit and i have called at least 6 different number to get a hold of them to come service it and they dont even return a phone call.. my unti has a 10 year warranty.. how am i suppose to do that if i have no information at all..very bad service...dont even bother with these people...
