Horrible service indeed over the phone, and they have been like that since I knew them 10 years ago and I do not expect them to change since they do not have strong competition.

Horrible services, and some of the people behind the counter don't even know what theyre doing. Bad customer service from the young guys.

Called five times...everytime I heard "...your welcome..." then hung up on me. Five Times! Got through, finally to accounts payable extension. I was afraid to ask him prices, so asked for an address. He wasn't sure, went to ask, then hung up on me. Wow. I'm a dealer that will pay the extra and deal with competent people, instead.
