My experience was horrible. Very unprofessional. Not enough staff to help students. No products and no corporate office to complain too.

Worst hair experience ever. It took them 6 1/2 hours to cut and color my hair. I signed in at 11:00 am and walked out at 5:36 pm. The haircut was fine but when it came time to do the color the instructor did not know what he was doing. I chose a color that was almost the same color as my hair was already but with more of a Burgundy tone. The instructor had the senior student strip my hair unnecessarily leaving the bleach on so long that it burned my scalp. I have about 9 lesions on my scalp caused by the bleach even though I let them know my scalp was burning. The color they put on was more of a bright red than a dark burgundy which caused even more time being spent to correct it. In addition they charged me a lot more than the price I was initially quoted stating "prices are subject to change". What? During the same visit? Please don't go here unless you just want a long painful experience.
