I am a student and called for a marketing research project, had 2 questions that took around 20 seconds, recep Jessica said abruptly "I'm working" and hung up. Called back asking to be transfered to someone else since she was busy, said no one could talk to me and hung up again.



Not sure how you can get a hold of anyone when the gatekeeper of a company is abrupt, rude, and not helpful.



Don't know about the company's services but they need a new receptionist if they hope to get anything done and have an even sort of acceptable reputation with callers. Never underestimate the impact of your receptionist.
