Horrible! The person massaging me didn't speak English, I was getting a deep tissue massage and she only rubbed on my back in one spot for 30min. I asked to apply more pressure and she didn't understand. I asked to speak to a manager and I told her I'm not doing this massage bc it's not a deep tissue. The manager translated and said try again bc the lady didn't know. So I gave her a second try. This lady's sweat was dripping on me while massaging me and she uses the towel that's covering me to wipe her sweat. Her hair was touching me all on my back too. So I asked to speak to a manager again. She then gets another girl to finish her job and she was too rough and massaging me as if she's in a rush. I told her to stop. The manager comes in again and then tells me that I had an hr massage and she was going to charge me...I didn't allow that.



I told them to just do my mani and pedi. All this was done on sat April 16 and on Sunday April 17 my shellac is coming off.

Worst service. Got a massage. It sucked!! Got my nails done, lasted 4 days!! Employee asked million questions about my personal life!! Payed 120 for nails & massage. Waste of money!

WASTE OF MONEY! The fact that I was their only customer should have tipped me off. I asked the nail stylist not to mess with my cuticles, she started cutting them anyway. She put 8 coats of polish on my nails and painted over my cuticles. Needless to say, they started peeling off after 2 days (should have lasted 2 weeks).  I went back after they started peeling and they refused to redo them or even admit their mistake! Never going back!!!

It's a very nice Spas in Irving, TX. My boyfriend brought me a Day Spas Gift Card for my Birthday. So I spend all day there. All technician are very experienced and professional and treat me very nice. The services is excellents and the quality are great. It worth it to spend a day here. It's so relax and feel so great. I finally will be back. "STOP BY AND CHECK IT OUT"
