So beyond frustrated. I have received the worst customer service from Angels and Moore. I asked for a sash and vail in October. I requested for it to be completed by January. I continually followed up with her asking status of the items. Each week she would claim "next week". I also asked for pictures multiple times but she ignored my request. Today it is picked up...and this is what I received. When I tried to discuss with her that I was not happy she was very ugly toward me. So very horrible. DO NOT USE ANGEL AND MOORE. You have been warned. So beyond upset right now.
