Went in to get an oil change and front brake change very good price and Ali even let me drove a vehicle to go get the correct brakes because i was given the rear brakes. Ali was great and so were his guys i know where ill be going from now on. 4m tires. Thanks Ali and techs.

I was in the shop to change tires and balance the tires. They were extremely helpful and very competitive in price. Excellent and professional service. I was there when this guy Pramod was there. He is review just plain incorrect. He wanted to fix his car for cheap without any knowledge how a car works. You cannot fix your a.c. and complain about your tail light. He was personal. Mr. Ali was very polite and professional. I would recommend this shop to any one. I drove 25 miles because Mr. Ali is genuine and professional.

This is the worsen auto repair place I ever seen in all over USA. The owner Ali (an Indian or Pakistani Guy I am not much sure I have respect in my heart and mind towards the South Asian communities here in TX but he is the dark and dirty spot for the whole community and we have to make aware of all our people from such a cheater). He treats very well and seems very good in the beginning to take the business, and when you allow him to touch your auto then he will start cheating and robbing you in extreme without any hesitation and limitation.Let me explain to you what happen with me. When I went there, he dealt in very gentleman way and ask for comparatively cheaper price for maintaining of my broken Car A/C. I agreed the amount and leave the car for repair. In the beginning he said that the repairing take place about 2 hours, but later on he said that it is taking long time so his employee will drop me where I want to go and tomorrow morning the car will be ready. I simply accepted and came to my house. I went again tomorrow afternoon to take my car back. He said I have to add 70 dollar because he has to receive that part from Washington DC. He also added auto inspection charge in to my invoice for which he didnt ask for my permission. Anyway, he said the AC is perfect and fine, so I just paid my invoice and came out from there. When I drove about 2 miles the Check Engine light turned on. Again I went there and asked him to fix that, but he told me that the problem didnt belong to the A/C repairing service. I had doubt so I went to OReilly for engine health check up, the OReilly gave me print out of engine check report and said that the oxygen intake has some problem, I dnt need to change or replace any part for that, instead I just can fix that. Again I went to that worse robber Alis place. Ali gave me a sick persons example like if you treat for eye, your backbone pain cannot be recovered like this and started scolding with extreme vulgar wordings. One of his workers parked a car just behind of my car when he started scolding to me, so that I cannot drive out from anywhere. He called the police and complained like I parked my car in front of his business and now I am bothering him. When his personnel remove the car from my back after a minute 2 police ladies came there. They didnt listen to me and urged me to move the car from there and they said me that if I have any complain I can go to the attorney. I tried to explain the situation but they repeatedly told me Sir this is his business, if he doesnt want you to be here, you have to move, you please move, like this way they just kept urging me. Ultimately Ali got success to make me come out from there. He gave me for one year warranty on A/C but there is no more good relationship I have with him. He just does business for one time, he doesn't care about the good will he just need one time black earning. This is the whole story how he robbed me, how he cheated and scolded to me. So, I want to share this story to everybody here in US who are his prospective customer- I just want to say all of you that Be aware of Ali- the business owner, and never go to his auto repair center, he is not a good man.

This place was the worst ever. I dealt with 2 men there and both were so rude. It was my first time there so I didn't know the service was so lousy. They kept my car overnight after I was told numerous times that I would get a call before they closed down for the day. I didn't get a call and was told if I didn't like it, call the police he said. WOW.

I was leaving work and saw I had a nail in my front tire. I made it home okay but needed to get this repaired. I went to 4 M and they were very helpful. I showed them were the nail was and the serviceman fixed it right there. He did not have to take the tire off. Best of all, I did not have to wait like I probably would a a major tire store or auto dealership. I recommend you check this place out. As a previous comment mentioned a tow truch driver recommended them and that is why I checked them out.

Recommended to me by the Tow Truck guy who helped me with my car. I've since been for an oil change, 2 tires and an alignment! Fast, courteous and I will definitely go back!

I left work with a nail in my tire. I went to a competitor and they stated I needed a new tire. I went to 4M and they were able to repair my tire and sale me a used tire for $25 (Mounting included) to put in my trunk in case of a future blowout. The mechanic allowed me to go in the tire racks and actually select which tire I wanted and he charged nothing for the tire repair. Friendly and fast service, I was done in less than 15 minutes.
