REALLY long story short..He might be able to install a unit but DONT hire him for repairs unless you are ready to buy a new unit. I got three quotes and he was the only one who said I needed a new one. hmmmm...His "service call" left my furnace a COMPLETE mess to the point no one else would touch it after him. See my picture on yelp.He absolutely refused to return my furnace to the condition he found it and when I called and asked (I did not think to check before he left) he yelled something and HUNG UP ON ME! I even called back because I was desperate and offered him more money, but he still refused. SUSPICIOUS!He then sent a text to me by mistake "she is a dipsh*t" Now who do you think he was talking about???AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
