Sam maybe a honest person but his work is nowhere near good or perfect. He may specialize in various handyman tasks but not perfect in any of them. I just had my flooring done, I went from carpet to laminate wood and it was a nightmare to deal with Sam. He was not professional and Sam needs to communicate better with his customers instead of arguing. Sam's skills are very limited and they can be seen with the work he does. He asks for the payment immediately without even asking you whether you were satisfied with the work. And the work was horrible and (again) nowhere near good or perfect. My friends, parents, and relatives do not like what Sam has done so far, it's really embarrassing to bring people in and show them around. I paid Sam in full just so that I wouldn't have to deal with him ever again. Extremely dissatisfied and I would not recommend Sam or any of his assistants. Save yourself a headache and hire a professional even if it costs more money.
