Newport Exterminating works. The crew was great. Andreas, Vincent, Israel, and Rick worked quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned-up well after their work each day. John, the main contact person, came by and walked my Mom and I through the process for necessary additional repair that needed to be done. It was clear this was all essential stuff, no games.They worked with us along the way in terms of pricing, scheduling, and making sure we were comfortable with the process. True professionals. The phone reception people at the office were also helpful and followed through on details using e-mail. In my book, this type of work is the equivalent of going to the dentist. Who wants to do it? So it was great to have Newport Exterminating provide both a professional and gentle touch throughout this process. Thanks crew.

I usually do not write reviews but I had to stop and do one for Newport Exterminating. Realizing that your house has termites isn’t fun. So when I discovered I had them you could say I was less than pleased. I called a few different companies to get see what my options were and I have to say that from the moment they picked up the phone Newport made me feel like everything was going to be taken care of. I was reading some of the other reviews on here and I don’t understand how they could say the customer service was anything less than exemplary. It is nice to see a company that feels their customers wellbeing take priority and that is exactly how I felt with Newport. From the inspector who came to look at my house to the guys who did the final touch ups at the end Newport treated me as if I was their most important customer. I want to thank everyone involved in my homes treatment for the courteous and professional jobs they did. They took an otherwise terrible time and made it just a bit easier.

Do not know what customer service!!!!! The first time they came in time,Did not come with all the equipment to complete the job , he said he will have to come back the day after, no one came and no one called to let me know! they Let me wait until the evening and nobody came! The day after I called them and they said they really sorry that the technician was sick, I asked why they did not call to let me know and they said the technician haven't told them that he should go back the day after, the secretary said she was very "sorry" and the technician will arrive today (Thursday ) 5 pm and she just hung up on me. Guess what? No one has showed up and no one called.

Recommended continue to browse and look for another company!

Shame on you newport exterminating !

I can’t say enough good things about Newport Exterminating! I have used them exclusively since moving to south Orange County and have always gotten great service. Chris Lupei is my go-to guy whenever I have a question or need some pesky termites taken care of. The office ladies are great – friendly and efficient, especially recently when trying to coordinate a fumigation project for my property and the unit next door, which was in the process of being sold. It got a little complicated but I was able to leave it all up to Newport and they worked it out beautifully. I’ve also recommended Newport to a co-worker, who was really pleased with them.

They were amazing!! Chris in the field was awesome, not only with his job but coordinating, knowledge and professionalism. Dara was the wizard behind the curtain and made sure everything was on schedule. Things came up last minute and she knocked them down quicker than I could stack them up!! They were so kind as well!!

Mrs. Knecht: I wish to express my appreciation to you and your company, Newport Exterminating, for the excellent work they did in fumigating my home (tenting). I especially wish to commend JEFF HARMON for his professional attention to the project.

Also, in the coordination of the schedule, changes etc., and the entire process of the job, I would like to compliment Andrea Knecht in your office. Her professional approach in a most friendly and knowledgeable manner made my part of the project so much easier.

I commend your company for having such well qualified and friendly staff.

The annual inspection policy is the kiss of death with this company! We've used Newport Exterminating since we moved into our home nearly 20 years ago. The front office personnel has become rude and not willing to schedule an annual visit or treatment unless they're "in your area". Funny, thought we were the customer! They arrive late and when a spot treatment was scheduled (obvious termite activity), they turned the visit into an "inspection only", without telling us and we had to re-schedule for treatment. When the person arrived to treat, it took a total of 10minutes start to finish!! No joke. Rude schedulers, hasty inspectors and always running late without a call for appointments. Consider yourself WARNED against their poor business practices--we've given them more than a chance to change.

THIS COMPANY IS WHO OUR APARTMENT COMPLEX USES AND I HAVE EVEN RECOMMENDED MY APT MANAGER USE ANOTHER COMPANY! THEY HAVE "TREATED" OUR APARTMENT 3 TIMES AND WE STILL SEE ROACHES! SOOOOO DISGUSTING!!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!
