This company is a disaster on every playing field. Let's start with management - you have one supervisor in control of all aspects of this tiny, insignificant small office. She believes in this style of management. This one supervisor is also a bias alcoholic that believes you should mix your personal life with your business life (exact words). I'm guessing a basic class on principles of management was never taken - but then again, she comes from sales with no business education, so that's not a surprise. If you aren't in the friendship circle, you might as well pack your things because you will be fired in due time. What's even worse is that the staff (her close friends) are completely incompetent and make mistakes daily. Don't give this company any of your business because you will soon realize you are losing money (and I'm not talking about from service fee expenses)...
