These people help me in a traumatic time of my life! First (I think first) I flooded my tiny home. And immediately had a mini stroke! I called the ServPro office and Kevin came out within the hour. He guided me through the how to's, make a claim to Statefarm, what would be happening, and approximately how long it would take...

I was in the hotel for 3 weeks and one of the reasons were that due to COVID19 quarantines and people quitting. So,, I had to do the hiring of others to complete the floor and plumbing and Kevin helped me with that also. He would always be there to answer questions and talk me through the hard time day or night...

Once the house was completed, he got things moved back in from the pod just in time for me to be shut in for 10 days with ice and a foot of snow...

I will make sure to recommend this company to all my friends and acquaintances...

The office personnel answered all questions and were friendly and caring... I have made a few more friends here in Ohio!

I will have to say that I was very shocked when I was approached by a little lady handing out educational information on mold and water and fire damage material and she returned every other week with something different for me to read about on the business in Ironton, Oh. I was so impressed with their consistency on letting me know the health risk of duct cleaning I tried them and they came the same day!!! for my business. I was so happy I had them come and clean my entire house full of carpets and ducts at home not to mention if something does happen guess who I will call first... the fast local people at servpro. Thanks, Allen.
