As a customer I expect a smile and a kind Hello. The sales person that was at the register was on the telephone (personnel) standing there waiting I was looking to make sure that I got the correct size. When he finally got off of the telephone I was told to move to another register. I moved I asked to make sure that I did get the correct size, he acted as if I ask him to try them on for me. He never once smiled never once ask how I was, if I found everything that I needed. He then refused to take my mother's ID card with her check. He said that he had to have a driver's licenses. We have gotten shoes there before with no problem with her using her ID Card. He then ask if I had a check card. I did and paid for the shoes. The whole time that he was waiting on us he was talking to another person that worked there telling them to move something in the back of the store. I do love your shoes but, please take my advise if your store is hiring people like this person you will LOOSE A LOT of Business.
