I was looking for a specific brand of watch but can't find one. I'm so glad that this store offered me the assistance I need. In no time, I was able to find the exact style I was looking for.

I love to shop for watches and this store is the perfect place for me. I would like to recommend this one to my friends and relatives or any one else who wants quality watches.

I took my watch to Sergeys with a broken winding stem. He told me -"no problem "but had to order parts! I was contacted 3-days later and he said parts were in. I made appointment for him to fix it, he said will take 40 minutes!

2hrs later he came out and said he can't fix it - that I should send it to the manufacture to be repaired!! In my opinion he has little watch repair skills. He wasted my time and my watch still is not fixed...JTB

Took a watch in for a caseback gasket change because the one in the watch was old, cracked, and broken, the owner stressed the fact that my watch was defective and no longer had water resistance because it is so old and the pusher gaskets are worn out. i took the watch home to inspect his work an the OLD gasket was still in place. He charged me $5.00, did nothing to my watch and gave me advice to never get it wet. he also scuffed up my caseback while trying to polish it, without asking me if i even wanted it done! I am a watch and clock collector and if i want a patina and/or finish altered i will either ask for it or do it mysef!!! i do not advise anyone to visit this shop for any sort of watch or clock work.

This place is horrible. My mother took a sentimental piece to the store. It was an extremely thin gold link chain given to her by her now deceased sister. When she went to pick the piece up, she didn't inspect it, she simply trusted the business. A few weeks later she decided to put the chain on and realized that it was not her chain. She took in a thin link chain and was given a slightly thicker rope chain. We took it back in and explained to him that this wasn't her chain. He had a TERRIBLE attitude and insisted that this rope chain was indeed her chain. NEVER do business with them. He wasn't even willing to acknowledge that there might have been a mistake. A part of me thinks he's simply a thief because of his attitude toward the entire ordeal. I wish I had checked the reviews of this place before my mom took her precious piece to him.
