I've used Chuck's services enough that he knows me by name. Quick (and accurate!) estimates. I had a quote for around $4,000 from Chuck. The other driver was cited by the police. The other insurance assumed livability and would pay for damages. My insurance company said they would collect for me, but I would have to pay the deductible and was limited to $25/day for car rentals. The quote my insurance company came up with was $2,700!! Even though the other company was paying for it, they were lo-ball long the estimate!, chuck Sith's Body Shp was a preferred vendor. Chuck checked the 2,700 estimate; the biggest difference was the use of used parts. Others included not putting all the final coat of paint, not replacing the sound-deadening undercoat. Chuck suggested that I might want to deal with the other company myself. I did and got the $ 4,000 quote approved, no deductible and they took care of the rental car charges directly
