If I could give this place zero stars, I would.



I have been experiencing vision issues due to migraines and had an exam to see if an alteration in prescription could help my symptoms.



The staff is the WORST and least professional I have ever experienced during my last 13 years of eye care. They were rude, unhelpful, and unorganized. After being told that they couldn't exchange my current contacts, I asked what I was supposed to do with the six month supply I currently have, the girl responded, "I don't care."



So unprofessional. I am never going back there.

The last lenses I had them make for the same lenses I had, that I loved, only laste 16 months before cracking.

When I talked to them they were flip and non apologetic about it.

They said there is nothing they would or could do.



I had used them 4 years ago and was happy with their service but after this last incident they will not see me back.



I cannot see paying over $350 for lenses alone that crack in 16 months when I am very careful with my glasses, otherwise the previous lenses would not have lasted over 3 years.
