My mom and I make an APPOINTMENT every 3 weeks here. HOWEVER, they are terrible at keeping appointments. I had a 10 am, and while I was picking out my color a woman WALKED IN and took my appointment time with the ONLY nail tech working that day!!!



WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!!

The ladies at this salon do a good job, but are terrible when it comes to customer service--mainly keeping appointments! I called one day to make an appointment for a fill and the woman told me to be there at 12:20. I was there ten minutes early and all of the stations were full, nowhere near being done. I proceeded to wait for over 25 minutes past my appointment time, as I was in dire need, but had I not been I would've up and left. What a joke! I didn't get any color on my nails, as my time was cut short & I would've been late for everything else I had planned that afternoon. Needless to say, the owner could've cared less that I made an appointment--I would've been better off just walking in and then walking out!
